Incoming Material Inspection
The Asia Quality One Incoming Material Inspection service ensures that those critical materials or components received at a factory meet the required specifications before they are processed down the production line.
Avoid costly finished product reworks and delivery delays due to a late detection of nonconforming critical parts being used on your products.
During the Asia Quality One on-site Incoming Material Inspection at the factory premises a team of qualified inspectors will take samples of the incoming material lot according to a sampling plan based on the ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 standard, and each sample will go through an exhaustive inspection checklist to ensure they meet specifications.
At Asia Quality One we believe each product is different, having its own features and characteristics, thus inspections are performed based on a pre-established and totally customised Inspection Plan for your product. The main purpose of the Inspection Plan for an Incoming Material Inspection is to describe the sampling plan (basically how many samples be taken from the incoming material lot) and the inspection checklist (what will be checked on each product sample). At Asia Quality One we don’t work with standard inspection templates to avoid errors or inaccuracies of the service we provide to your business.
Once the on-site inspection has finished a detailed and comprehensive report will be generated based on all the data collected, so you will have a complete understanding of the quality of the incoming material lot and the risks associated with using these parts for manufacturing your products.
