1. Legal Basis
1.1 Asia Quality One Limited (hereinafter called “AQO”) is a company registered in Hong Kong with business registration number 61722409-000-07-19-5 and registered office at RM909 Wayson Commercial Building, 28 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. This Personal information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy, hereinafter called “Privacy Policy”, provides an outline of AQO’s privacy practices regards the personal data of its customers and users of its websites, hereinafter collectively called “Users”. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy you should not use the services provided by AQO nor its websites, hereinafter collectively called “Services”.

2.1 AQO is the 'Data Controller' of the Users personal data.
3. Fundamentals
3.1 AQO is committed to comply with the personal data requirements of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data for the Users physically located or citizens of the countries were these laws apply. AQO only collects the minimum necessary data for an adequate performance of the Services and has measures in place to protect the rights of the Users.
4. Data Collected
4.1 We may collect from Users personal data relating to the use of Services, Cookies (and information relating to transactions carried out between Users and AQO.
5. Denial
5.1 Collection of the personal data from Users is required for AQO’s adequate performance of Services as described on the Purposes chapter below. Users refusal to provide certain personal data may lead to AQO’s inability to perform the Services, fulfil contractual operations or comply with law requirements.
6. Purposes
6.1 AQO will collect and process the Users personal data for commercial transaction purposes concerning the provision of Services to Users, for the performance of Services, for conducting direct marketing activities and internal operations, and for generating statistics reports related to the Services.
7. Processing
7.1 Users personal data is processed in electronic and paper format.
8. Retention
8.1 AQO stores Users personal data as long as it is required for the adequate provision of Services to Users. Users have the right to request AQO to delete their personal data anytime. Users personal data will also be deleted if Users request AQO to cancel its customer account. AQO may retain for an extended period of time Users personal data disregard the Users request to delete it or cancel its customer account in case of a legal request, a governmental investigation or an investigation of a possible violation by Users of AQO’s Terms and Conditions.
9. Disclosure
9.1 AQO may disclose and make available Users personal data to companies providing specific services to AQO for AQO’s adequate provision of Services to Users as described on the Purposes chapter of this Privacy Policy. These companies include a) any subsidiary, holding company, associated company, affiliate of, or companies controlled by or under common control with AQO, b) AQO commercial partners, c) AQO service providers with a documented privacy policy stating the maintenance, privacy, confidentiality and security of personal data, d) AQO service providers with a signed non-disclosure agreement with AQO, e) any financial or payment processing services provider related to the Users payment of Services.
9.2 Personal Data may be shared to judicial or governmental authorities or agencies if requested by them and required by law or if necessary to detect, prevent and address fraud or illegal activities.
9.3 Your Personal Data will not be transferred to other than those which ensure that the level of privacy protection is compliant with the applicable laws and regulations.
9.4 AQO will not disclose Users personal data for purposes not permitted by law or without informing and obtaining the Users consent in advanced except for the reasons described above.
10. Rights
10.1 Users have the right to receive confirmation as if their personal data is being processed; to receive a copy of such personal data in an intelligible form; to be informed on the purposes of the processing of such personal data; to be informed on the categories of such personal data; to be informed on the recipients to whom such personal data has been or will be disclosed; to be informed on the retention period of such personal data and the criteria used to determine this period; to be informed on the existence of the right to request AQO rectification or deletion of such personal data; to be informed on the existence of the right to object to the processing of such personal data; to be informed of the right to lodge a complaint related to the processing of such personal data with a supervisory authority; to be informed on the source of such personal data; to be informed on the existence of an automated decision-making system related to the processing of such personal data; and to be informed on where such personal data is being transferred to a third country or an international organization and the related safeguards of such transfer.B55
10.2 Users have the right to withdraw, at any time, their consent to the processing of their personal data, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal.
10.3 Users have the right to obtain from AQO without delay the rectification or integration of their personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; the erasure of their personal data that has been processed unlawfully or whose retention is unnecessary; the restriction of the processing of their personal data in case of its inaccuracy, the unlawfulness of the processing of it, or the unnecessary retention of it for the fulfilment of the purposes as described on the Purposes chapter of this Privacy Policy.
10.4 Users have the right to receive their personal data in a structured machine-readable format and to transfer this data to another data controller where technically feasible.
10.5 Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Supervisory Authority located in a EU member state of their habitual residence if they are EU citizens.
10.6 Users have the right to exercise their rights according to law by requesting it by email to or by post to AQO’s registered office at RM909 Wayson Commercial Building, 28 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Users from Hong Kong also can fill the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Data Access Request From and send it to the contacts above.
11. Changes and Updates
11.1 AQO may change or update this Privacy Policy when the laws or regulations related the Users personal data change or for the correction of errors or inaccuracies in this Privacy Policy. Any changes or updates to this Privacy Policy are binding once posted on AQO’s websites. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is stated at the top of this document.
