What's the process of an Asia Quality One Factory Audit?

1. Client orders Audit Service

A Factory Audit starts by submitting an order to us. We'll then contact the factory to get the necessary information to calculate the final audit price (based on the amount of man/days required). We will invoice you for the audit service so you can process the payment before moving forward.

2. AQO performs Audit Preliminaries

Once your payment is received we will contact the factory once again to collect preliminary audit information and to schedule the on-site audit date.

3. AQO performs Onsite Audit

The Asia Quality One Auditing Team will visit the factory and carefully evaluate¹ all the factory documentation and/or departments per the audit requirements.

Up to the factory discretion. Documents and departments will only be evaluated if the factory grants the Asia Quality One auditor access to them.

4. AQO sends Audit Report to client

Once the on-site audit is complete we will generate your comprehensive and detailed Audit Report within 24 business hours. The Audit Report includes valuable information such as different Audit Scores, the major issues identified and the completed Audit Checklist along with comments and photos¹ from the auditors.

Up to the factory discretion. Photos will only be provided if the factory allows the Asia Quality One auditor to take them.
